Miracle diets: Diet of apple

The diet of apple is excellent for those who want to lose weight. Apples are rich in substances that help maintain a feeling of satiety for longer time, reduce the absorption of sugar by the body and help to control cholesterol.

In the diet of apples you should eat an apple 15 minutes before each meal. This diet promises to lose 2kg in 7 days because the apple promotes satiety and avoid eating too much. But for that to work, you need a diet healthy with vegetables, fruits and proteins.

The "miracle diet" promises to make her lose five pounds in five days. The weight loss program without restrictions Dukan is a retelling of the famous Atkins Diet, created in the 1960s. She suggests the consumption of protein coming from lean meats, chicken and fish.

1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of oats
300g Rice
200g Beef

4 tablespoons of flaxseed meal

Edificações trip - Part 1

Two weeks ago, we went to Parque do Caraça. That was a really good experience inclusive for me who have never gone in a waterfall, in a park like that or something else. The place is amazing! The mountains, the water, the weather... everything! And the sanctuary have a lot of stories! For example, Dom Pedro II fell over on the road which results in a famous rock...

There is the famous Lobo Guará, but unfortunately I coundn't see it...

The first neo-gotic church built in Brazil...

Miracle Diet!

 I know  diet of  the miracle of soup, 1kg per day!

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients:

• 1 head and half of onion.
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Two or three broth Knorr
• 1 carrot grated
• 1 turnip chopped
• Half red cabbage chopped
• 200g green beans
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 leaves of cabbage chopped

How to prepare:

In saucepan cook the garlic and onion in olive oil. Then place the other ingredients, take a ferventada and add 1 quart of warm water. Cover the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes.

 

Tip: You should consume this soup for 7 days every month.

 

  But, remembering that this level diets can be dangerous, for not supplying our need for nutrients.

Caraça, it's a nice place!

It's far from the school, we traveled about 4 hours.
Caraça is a beautiful place, there was many landscapes and waterfalls.
When we arrived we had lunch, after, we walked a lot and swan in the waterfalls, the water of waterfalls is very cold, but not prevented us from swimming.
At night, we had dinner and we waited the maned wolf appears.
After we played guitar and sang some musics and played and talked a lot.
Was a nice travel with my friends and we enjoyed a lot!

Tour in Caraça

The sanctuary of the Caraça is a place too far, about 3 hours for travel, by my count. Its location is in the middle of a forest with many waterfalls and streams. In this forest we walk 4km and there were many mosquitoes in the way. Then we went to "PRAINHA" and we swam a lot. The color of the water was strange, but that was no problem. At night I took cold shower because the shower was not working. I was very angry because after the girls told me that there was a shower with hot water.

After dinner a wolf appeared in front of the church, but I didn't see him. When I arrived in front of the church to see the wolf he wasn't there, then I waited, but he didn't show. Later, we drink a delicious tea and, on the porch of the inn, we sang a lot, played cards and the next day we went away at about 11 am. Get home was a problem, I had to take a taxi from Congonhas until Belo Vale. However, the trip was great, is always good travel with friends.

Caraça!

It was a different trip, away from all the problems, making the class becomes increasingly united. I really enjoyed, I hope materia visits in English too! I went back there more cheerful and happy, did not see the maned wolf, is more for the next opportunity!

Besides visiting the Sanctuary of Caraça,

  we walk through trails and waterfalls. On the day of the visit the weather was good, and we would swim. I liked the trip. (Rubens)

As I said in the comments, the trip was amazing. There were things that I will treasure forever. The lual: was hilarious, see the people singing and dance of the Luciano, speechless!!I can not leave of comment on the game "Uno", seeing all that racket, laughs too. And I have to confess something, I stole in the game!!I was surprised, I did find the priest who celebrated my baptism. The Mass that he celebrated was very good, even won a medal. "What now, not shot the neck"! Anyway, I have many memories, I could write more, but I leave a little for all to see.

I really liked the Caraça, which is a great place to visit / meet! It has beautiful natural landscapes and knowing the place through trails provides more contact with nature, passing waterfalls and around with a saw beautiful! I think that even without phone signal / internet, travel to Caraça with the class was excellent!

We could meet closely the maned wolf !

One of the most beautiful attractions of the sanctuary of Caraça is the nocturnal visit of the maned wolf.

The maned wolf is the largest canid native to South America. There are approximately 23.600 individuals, about 21.746 are in Brazil.

It was a great experience to witness so close to a wild animal like him !

Music and joy

One of the coolest things we did was a lual. We went to the balcony and sing too. Some touched. Also people danced. Luciano after nearly a bottle of wine Jabuticaba, danced to the ''Tchu tcha tcha''. The opening song of lual, which was consecrated in gymkhana champion. Everyone sang! Also sang the success of Michel Teló: Oh if I catch you.
It was all wonderful!

I REALLY LIKED THE TRIP TO SANCTUARY OF CARAÇA BECAUSE THE PLACE IS VERY LOVELY. WE CAN BE NEAR THE NATURE. I COULD NOT SEE THE WOLF, THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN’T LIKE. I THINK WOULD BE BETTER TO STAY MORE DAYS, BUT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL.

Tour to Sanctuary the Caraça

An amazing place that allowed the admiration of landscapes historical, environmental and cultural.Many beautiful landscapes, with waterfalls, vegetation and high reliefs,no mention the church. The church is beautiful, neo-Gothic architecture, with many stained glass . The visit the maned wolf is also a wonderful experience.

During the visit, we were without communication (computer, TV, phone, internet), isolated from the world, despite having left our worried parents was very good to see with was when people did not had these technologies,  we seize  the time to talk to, sing and play.  We did trail.  ... This is just a little of what we have there! XOXO :)

Miracle diets

Have you ever go on a diet? I have. When I was a child, I used to be heavy and went on a diet in which I could eat everything, but sweet. It was not a miracle diet. I don´t believe in them. In miracle diets you lose weigh fast, but you also put on much weigh as soon as you quit it. Do you know any miracle diet? You have probably heard about people who go on a miracle diet to lose weigh, haven´t you? Describe a miracle diet, so that your classmates can make comments on them.

I really enjoyed getting to know the Sanctuary of Caraça and I thought that see a maned wolf was a wonderful experience. I liked to spend a day away from the school with my friends in class, in addition to visiting the church first neo-gothic of Brazil, this does not compare to anything. Also met a gorgeous waterfall and swam in a "Prainha". Despite several mosquitoes to seize of my body, and he had nothing that has left me sad, or made with that I did not like to travel. The trip was great, well deserved and we look forward for the next "technical visit". Xoxo, Flávia.

Hi, my students!!! So you missed my class to go to Caraça with Luciano, didn´t you? OK. I will forgive you. To tell you the truth, I wish I could go with you, but unfortunately I had classes at night. Anyway, I´m very curious to know about everything: how the trip was, what you liked, what you din´t like. I would also like to see photos. The first activity for this trimester has to do with unit 6D and your trip to Caraça. In this activity you are supposed to complete the sentences according to your likes and dislikes about the trip. If it´s possible, try to post photos that can confirm your sentences. Team building revelation of interclass tournament 2012 - IFMG.

The building team, won the 15th of this month, the league's vice'' Third interclass tournament ifmg - campus congonhas'' second only to the final game, against a team of mechanics. The team that was the revelation of the tournament, will feature the new player lionel messi for next season 2013.

Crazy Celebration

The best crazy party went during a school trip. We were staying in a hotel away from the center. Bored, we decided to seek a diversion. We got on the bus going to the famous local pizzeria.

You have no idea what happened! We went down the wrong bus stop, we stop at a deserted street. To our surprise, the end of the street was having a party, a luau. We did not lose time to blend in, and soon the party was excited too. We all make crazy things ... We drank, danced, kissed, sang and free ourselves. Was the best of all follies.

Crazy Celebration

 That party was the BEST party I've ever been, did crazy things well, danced on tables, drank many shots of tequila, tore my dress, when dropped and broke my sandals. The next day I woke up in my bed with a headache and not remember the rest of the night! OMG !! And now ?
